"Today Jin and I went to the ocean! Then we ate fried clams at a beach hut. Then, we stared at the ocean and daydreamed."
This episode about going to the beach with KAT-TUN's Akanishi Jin (24) was composed in the August 1st diary entry on the official mobile phone site of NEWS' Yamashita Tomohisa (23).
Actually, in the middle of the previous night, on July 31st, the two were spotted at a staff coffeeshop.
That day, Akanishi had a KAT-TUN live in Fukouka. That ended soon after 8 PM and the one he immediately returned specially to meet was probably gorgeous girl, or so we thought -- but in fact his rendezvous was with Yamapi.
Then the two of them went to Roppongi.
Akanishi had on sunglasses and with a black tanktop and long denim shorts sported a summery fashion. Yamapi also had a refreshing style with a white printed T-shirt and denim. Because these two super popular hot guys are walking so confidently in the two shots that stands out! They stand out! Even the young women passing by were unconsciously rooted to the spot. Akanishi, waving to fans who called out to him, was soooo~ cool. ♥
The next place the two headed was a ramen shop in the outskirts of Tokyo. Here, as one would expect from Akanishi's favorite shop, they laughed and talked with the staff, who they're friendly with.
Akanishi and Yamapi have been very best friends since their Jr. era. Akanishi said in an interview about his friendship with Yamapi, "Together there's no awareness of being performers or anything like that, we just hang out normally, go eat, go drinking, do things guys our age would do."
It was just such a connection that this magazine was able to catch a glimpse of.
A certain female fan says: "Before, Akanishi-kun and Yamapi and another friend came together to Disneyland. At the Haunted Mansion, when the room sank they went "whoooa~" in really high spirits, and spoke sociably with a young woman in the cast, and although they're called idols, it felt like they weren't any different from normal young guys."
Then the next morning, according to Yamapi's diary entry from the beginning, the two seem to have left for the ocean.
"The story is that that night the two of them went together to a hair salon. There all the rooms are private rooms so it's completely private. There's a pool within the salon, and sweets are put out and such -- it's a total celeb store." (An individual connected to the entertainment industry.)
At present, Yamapi is very busy filming the leading drama "Code Blue" (Fuji Television). Akanishi also just finished on August 5th a national tour (KAT-TUN LIVE TOUR 2008 QUEEN OF PIRATES) that mobilized 500,000 people. Nevertheless, it's a paaaa~sionate friendship where every day and every night they value a moment's leisure and spend it along together. So maybe there's no need for girlfriends?
