More Lincecum dominance

Apr 17, 2010 21:32

I've been too busy to write, I guess, but just saw a quick item that is exactly why I started this blog.

Tim Linecum is batting over .400, has 3 RBI, and is perfect with runners in scoring position.  Compare to battters facing him, who are batting under .200, 2 runs scored, and no hits with runners in scoring position.

The most striking is the RBI-runs comparison.  He alone has batted in more runs than every single player to face him combined.  One guy vs. like 30.  And a pitcher at that.
