Brothercest Film

Or, in other words, someone in Brazil read waaaaaay too much Nathan/Peter fanfic and then made a beautiful-looking movie:

Do Começo ao Fim )

I think possibly they read too much Wincest as well. Very pretty, but very fucked up.

It is... but then, aren't we all, in our own ways?

Truly, we are, but life's no fun otherwise.

It's interesting, too, for me to ponder how much of it in this trailer that gets me is the "brothers" thing and how much is just the romantic and sexy gay thing.

yeah that pretty much sums it up.

BTW, last night? Right before I fell asleep? I came up with my title. No caves necessary!

No way!!! That's great :) (Although I sorta was looking forward to tales of deserts and caves, but you've suffered enough for the title already...)

I honestly don't think there's that big of a problem with adult sibling incest, actually, unless it involves, as you say, the kind of age gap that would bring the whole statutory rape issue up. But, I'm not really up to a big debate, so I should probably just stop there. :)

I think part of the appeal of the trailer IS that their interactions ARE a lot like Nathan and Peter. Nummy.

Ah, yes, hotness, that antidote to all potential political/moral debates. Should be used more often in politics, I say. ;)

Wow - really gorgeous trailer (and yummy curly-haired brother, too).

But, it may turn out NOT to have a tragic ending, because it's a foreign film and sometimes, just sometimes, there's isn't an ending that is meant to signify a punishment. But I guess we'll have to wait and see.

The title does not sound promising, though. Really not. :(

Wow. I don't know what to say except this producer definitely read some Nathan/Peter. Makes me wish for more Petrellicest on screen which we'll never have again. *grumbles about Heroes Season 4*

Real Nathan/Peter might just come back. There is hope. :)
