Ooh, yeah they do :) They should be ripe soon. We dug some up and planted them in our yard, so we have a couple too.

Words cannot express the depth of my love for strawberries. Did you get them from your garden?

Yep. Brendan's been trying since we moved in to get a strawberry patch. The first variety he tried was kind of weak, but the variety we have now is going nuts. Too bad we can't remember the name of it... :(

He planted them 2 years ago. Last year we got a few, but this year we're getting a small bowlful every day.

i remember when i was growing up -- my mom planted strawberries outside.. and come the summer time, my sister and i would check multiple times a day for new berries. and then consume them.

i bet my mom always thought the crop failed, but in reality -- we just ate all the berries.
