Original.
Alright, my base was bright enough, so I just sharpened it twice.
Then cropped it, and resized it 100x100.
If you look at my base, you'll see hints of red and orange that pop out.
A bit of cyan there too, now...I always set a goal for myself when making icons.
And my goal here, is to mute the blues/cyans/greens and make the oranges and reds come out.
Duplicate the base on softlight 100%.
Go to 'Variations'.
Click 'Original'.
'More yellows'.
'More reds'.
& 'More magentas'.
Then click OK.
Selective coloring:
Reds: -100, 0, 0, 0
Yellows: -100, -100, -100, +100
Whites: +100, +100, +100, -36
Neutrals: +100, -12, -12, 0
Hue/Saturation/Lightness.
All on Saturation.
Master: +12
Reds: +15
Yellows: -50
Greens, Cyans, Blues: -27
Unsharp Mask Layer:
[If needed.]
36, 5.2, 10.
It's always best to save under .png
I'm hating my text, but fuck it.
And you're done.
Update: I'm a perfectionist. And I hated the text, so what better to way to fix it than to rid of it? =]
