tomorrow is thanksgiving. and the grandparents are coming now which makes eating less much harder. however, i'm totally milking my "i just had surgery" excuse for all it's worth.

i started eating solid foods a bit, i can get them down but it is harder.

tomorrows plan:
b: banana
l: 1 piece whole grain toast with cinnamon
d: turkey! some carrots, and tiny bit of mashed potatoes. absolutely no gravy. no bread of any sort and no desert.

hopefully that will keep my cals low.
