I know language is always evolving and that's a good thing and all that crap but...
language does not have numbers. numbers are math - letters are language. end of discussion.
And just because people say a nonsense expression does not mean it's a word. "Um" isn't a word... and neither are "w00t" or "l33t".
Edit Some guy says that subbing numbers in for letters is "simply a different and more efficient way of representing the alphabetical character."

Is this guy on crack?!! It probably takes twice as long to write, and subsequently read, any shit written in leet. a 3 is not an e, its a 3... and switching the two doesn't make ANYTHING any clearer. T___T.
