whoops! looks like i havent been here for awhile. hahah im so busy studying the last few days, dint come on computer haha. so i forgot my diet the last few days,but from what i rmb, it went pretty well:) i ate lots of yoghurt the last few days! so yay me!! and no bubble tea! hehehe so i shall just say about today!
brekkie: peanut butter bread with milo
lunch: half a plate of chicken briyani and green tea
dinner: mum's cooking! and fruitssssssssssss:D
exercise: skipping plus stats and weights
omg i got to say skipping is really really tiring.up till now my legs are really so aching and in pain haha. howwwww hopefully it gets better tmrw!!!
