This is fabulous, thank you. I've run into the hairline/nostrils/etc. problem, and I knew it didn't look right but could never really put my finger on why.

Cropping is harder than it looks, and your examples are great at showing what a difference it can make. Also, after taking a look at your other tuts and icons, I think I might just have to join your comm.
