I am so thankful its raining in the middle of the day here. Weve experienced
a deep drought in the south lately...so Im so happy to report some tropical
storm like rain...that soaks my yard so greatly that it saves me from having
to hand water every stitch of landscape materials on our property. This city
water thing has got to go...I wouldve prepared some buckets for catching rain
but alas my head was up my fanny, and I was swatting some renegade mosquitos...
I have no idea where they breed during a drought!

Wait, Martha, my criminal hero is on again, I gotta go!
In the meantime, look at the pizza recipe, Mike
sent me down to Jesus Cares with, and tell me what ingredient
is missing...this is what he wrote

Pizza
8 cups flour
6 cups warm water
----------------------
6 tblsp yeast
dash of salt
sugar
----------------------
mix sugar into warm
water, stir in yeast
let yeast rise, then
add to flour salt mixture
----------------------------
rise for 30 minutes

Then, he ran out the door to the County Commission Meeting
In the meantime, I worked on a flat cornbread for a soulfood
alt. recipe...and the meal was too heavy for the hoe cake
that I attempted...Soup kitchen work can be stressful!
