wow. most of them, by now. My latest challenge is to continue losing weight through diet, but without exercise. Circumstances prevent me from using my legs. There is a program called "Sit and Be Fit". Guess I'll be recording/watching it now! Also, I'm going to learn self defense with a cane! Have any of you seen the first 10 minutes of "The Quest"? Yeah. Love that cane!
