Bored

I usually say that intelligent people are never bored, because we have our minds to entertain us. So, I must be restless. Rest-less. Yes, I'm lacking rest. That sets up the restless condition that leads to boredom. My brain is so tired that thinking in terms of reality is difficult. I'd rather just float away on clouds of soft music with pillows warmth snuggling against me...

I slept for 2 hours last night, and I'm feeling the pain. It doesn't really hurt, but I do feel like I'm trying to fight my way through cotton balls and jello. I was having a nice conversation with a sleep deprived woman from Northern Europe, when her Internet failed. :( She used to cheer me through many a sleepless night, so it was only fitting that we'd talk in my day while she was not sleeping. One would think that a karate school would keep one awake, but alas, the noise is too normal for me.

Random Limerick:

There once was a young man online
Who talked to me all the time;
We told tales in jest,
And went on great quests,
But now his real life is fine.

Yeah, that one makes no sense. Clean ones don't, I suppose. Tiredness is much like drunkenness, so don't expect great insights into logical thinking. In 3 or so hours, I can go home. It will take at least 45 minutes, so bed is still 4 or more hours away. *sigh*
