How do I go about throwing a birthday party for another patient?

Hnnn, if we're throwing a party for one, we'll have to throw one for all, otherwise we will rightly be accused of favouritism, which will lead to resentment among the patients.

How can my medical records be out of date? I just got back from ICU a few days ago. Just curious. I'll still be there, I just don't think that makes any sense.

Yeah...I dunno...protesting to a birthday party kinda does that.
The kids never celebrated his birthday and he almost died in the riot. I think he deserves this.
