[While most people are horrified with this experiment, Andrew is having too much fun. he'd never had a chance to wear such a realistic costume before, and even if he had, Jonathan or Warren would have dibsed on going as Vegeta before he could even think about it. After all, it's not often one gets to be the prince of all Saiyans. And wear elite Saiyan armor. And a scouter. You can imagine how much fun he's having with this.
