Summary: There are two new arrivals to Paradse, so Dash calls in a little backup.
Dash sighed as he put away the files on the latest incoming arrivals. These were going to be a couple of characters for sure from what he could tell so he decided to recruit someone else to help him out. Someone with a lot of energy to burn assisting people...someone like Cessey Fargo, the "youngest" person currently in the city.
That would both amuse him to no end forever, and make him very sad because while physically the youngest, Cessey was really the oldest person in this plane of existence. But it was something that didn't seem to bother her, so he pretended it wasn't something he thought about whenever she came around. Honestly the child baffled him with her almost nonstop happiness though.
All the same, he looked over his shoulder with a smile when she ran in an gave him a warm. She was just the sweetest. "Ready to greet some interesting new people?" he asked.
"Of course~!" she replied, beaming around her always present pacifier. "Are they here yet?"
"They are now." Two new 3STPs appeared on his desk, each personalized to match the person it was intended for. Scooping up them and the cheerful little girl, he strode out of his office and made his way to the room he could sense life in the nearest. The other one was further away. He pushed open the door to the newly occupied room to see which arrival it was. Neither arrival was apparently dangerous, but he had a specific one he felt she should greet.
