Summary: Subbjuggulation sounds hilarious, but it really isn't.
You'll be underwater, but you can breathe just fine. You can walk along the surface of the ocean and observe the life around you without feeling under threat of any sort. It's obviously night time, but the sea is lit by the moon.
You may linger in the waters, afterall, it's not often you get the chance to explore the depths of the ocean unhindered by the need to breathe.
In the distance, there is a light. If you track it down and follow it, you will find yourself walking down a path that leads you up toward land. The surroundings are silent, all you can hear is the sound of your boots tapping as you head forward. You become surrounded by painted walls which would be whimsical if it wasn't so offputting. In the distance you can hear laughter, perhaps even honking?
The closer you come to the source of the noise, the more apparent it is that there is someone else there. When you can walk no further you can see a figure come into focus. In front of him, Dualscar is kneeling. The figure stares down at you from his throne and asks Dualscar to speak. He opens his mouth but he can't say anything, he can hardly make a noise. This does nothing to appease him but it seems to amuse him. He laughs so loud that it echoes through the passage and rises from his throne, dragging his club behind him.
