As Luke walked into Ion's bedroom, he couldn't help but smile as he saw the boy fast asleep -- figuring why not, he moved to tuck the replica in.
Of course, finding oneself in an endless expanse was not normally a part of tucking someone in, obviously... blinking, Luke whirled around to and fro, blinking in confusion. What happened here?
Luke should definitely been able to recognize a lot of the pop-up scenery on the map he'd found himself standing on. Daath and the cathedral, Zao Ruins, Chesedonia, Cheagle Woods...even Akzeriuth. It was definitely Auldrant...in pop-up form anyway.
Okay, pop-ups. He can handle this. Maybe. It' still rather disorienting, really. Blinking at the locations around him, he somehow found himself wandering towards the direction of Daath and the cathedral. What awaits him there...?
Luke wouldn't know it but, this being Daath, he would see assorted people and Oracle Knights of course. If he were to enter the cathedral's library to the left once he entered, he would find Ion engrossed in a book. If he went to the right, the glowing glyph on the floor would definitely catch his opinion.
