Summary: Chichiri is going to be trying to help people cope with their fears/nightmares.
This was a most unsettling turn of events. Since Sunday, he'd sensed a weird energy wherever he went. It was a dark thing that sometimes concentrated around people...those eople than affected by terrible things. Sometimes they were real, others not.
As was his way, he tried to aid those who he noticed being plagued by this where he could. But he couldn't do if whatever hit them didn't really exist. This was a power very much beyond him, but he wasn't one to sit idle. If he wasn't actually doing anything where he could, he was rying to meditate on the problem at hand.
