Paradise


The view of the complete paradise. It is comparable in size to the whole of New York, New York and can be divided into four quadrants. The most notable feature is the exceedingly large fountain located in the exact center of the paradise, which is roughly the size of an ice-skating rink and surrounded by the Ring Road which connects the four quadrants.

The Northeast Quadrant


The Northeast Quadrant was the area impacted when the Lab was introduced to the outerlands in that area, The creators decided to amuse themselves by removing the paradise's perfect circular shape as a result. It also features a tropical beach that runs right up to the shield wall, theoretically there are gaps in it underwater that allow people to swim outside the shield.

Current areas of note are: a house that was formerly a beachfront lab of sorts inside the city and is currently being renovated(blue), Cassidy's recently opened tea shop near the waterfront(light yellow), Satoshi's bookstore(pale blue), and Daxter's club called "The Eco Barrel" (orange).

The Southeast Quadrant


The Southeast Quadrant is notable as it is the only quadrant that contains two primary exits into the outerland. At present its most noteworthy for the music store that Manic owns, which also broadcasts a radio station(marked in green). There is also a bar that's rarely...if ever, open(dark gray).

The Northwest Quadrant


The Northwest Quadrant shares the "main" exit with the Southwest Quadrant. It is completely cut off from the Northeast Quadrant save by taking the Ring Road. The hospital(marked light pink) is located on the street to the fountain to help keep it easy to find. A clothing store(dark gray) is a short distance from there, providing an easy access to clothes for new arrivals. And a seemingly abandoned office building(dark green) sits very close to the shield...

The Southwest Quadrant


The Southwest Quadrant shares the "main" exit with the Northwest Quadrant. It has a great many areas for living, as well as a great many parks and natural greenery, but not so many actual roads for travel. It instead has many small paths between the buildings and grassy areas. An abandoned smithy(dark gray) and a park with a playground(light green and green) are the only noteworthy places so far.
