Prom...
so, Prom was really fun!
at first, we all went to Jane's to take pictures and hang out before the limo got us. It was really nice, very low-key, lots of introductions. It was kind of awkward at first cuz Ben and Andrew showed up on time, but Steph was really late, keeping Andrew in suspense for quite the while. but she came, and we all took pictures and hung out and then saw the limos and went outside to figure out who went in which one. I was in the white one with Jane, Karl, Ben, Andrew, Steph, Erica, Mikey, Rose, and Gideon. Karl discovered the cockpit (aka controlls for everything electronic in the limo). it was interesting. we get there, and everyone is milling about in the halls, then we go and check in, then we go to find our table. The dj showed up late cuz of the U2 concert, so they had to find a replacement. Whatever. it was music. We all danced a lot. I kinda wish i took more pictures, though.
We all then got back into the limos, and it was much more relaxed that time. I think we were all much more comfortable with each other by then. So when we get back to the highway, Karl decides it would be fun to go to either burger king or McDonalds. So, the driver takes us to route 1 where we go to both mcDonalds and Burger king. Both were closed. By that time, Jennie calls me saying "what are you guys doing?" we were like, "Karl wants food." ok. so then we go back to jane's to drop off some people. The rest of the people went to Erin's in the limo. So i go with Steph, andrew, erica, mikey, and ben back to erica's to drop her and miky off, then drop steph off, then back to erica's for Wiam and Erica and Mikey to follow us to erin's. WE get to erin's and we all watch Team America. Lets just say that things got a bit more comfortable during the movie.... anyways... so people started to leave around 3:30, and the rest of us "Went to sleep" aka Joey got hyperacive and started pelting me with marshmellows and hershey kisses which then turned into a 5 person food fight and pillow fight. We didnt go to sleep until 7-ish. Around 9, we all got our stuff together and went home.
Overall, Prom was a great time. Different from what i expected, but definately a lot of fun :-)
