3 days and still counting...
i took my ap lit test yesterday, then, on my way home to winter haven, was rammed in the rain in the back of my car by this couple in their isuzu. ouch. the way it crunched and threw me forward, we both thought it would be worse than it was... but there are a few dents and scratches on my car.
the only really bad part is now my back hurts. as if i didn't already have back problems. and it wasn't my fault! i'm very upset.
so, i stayed home from school today. not only could i use the rest, it was my last day to spend with richie until graduation day, may 17th. so we had a great, lazy day, bumming around the house and eating and being silly. we've decided we're very weird, but shh! don't tell anyone.
i got my first graduation check in the mail yesterday for $100. that made me very happy!
this weekend, i must do my economics homework, finish my monologue, and write an email to shelnut tomorrow about the ap exam, plus submit my writing contest entries. not that it matters, i'll probably get an A in her class even if i didn't do it. the weird thing is, my easier classes i have worse grades in! i don't get it.
i want an ipod v. bad.
i've been having pretty consistent dreams about nyc. very realistic dreams about nyc. about living there. i mean, when you are a dreamer, you dream of bright lights, big city, great parties, vast knowledge, etc. when you are a doer, you dream of where to buy bathroom accessories with your roomate, and how you will afford the next tube of toothpaste. mm... i cannot wait to live in nyc.
i chatted with a girl at nyu on the torchtone thingy, with some inquiries, and she was so cool, in playwright's horizon studio, and suggested a campus-job as they pay decently, and are so forgiving with schedules around final exams and such. she also said cappies don't have as much studying as other studios, but rehearse alot. i can do that.
anyway, im out. i need to make some money this summer. don't you think?
i applied to be a ledger paper carrier in the A.M. wouldn't that be pimp? a/b $1000 a month for a few hours work a day.
plus if i work at antiquarian or somewhere... i need major bucks this summer.
