Home from work now, but I definately got a $1000 check from the Julia Berry Bennett Club and sang the crap out of The Wizard and I from Wicked. It was great fun. Besides all the old ladies giving me surivival tips for living in Greenwich Village- because they had a good-girl friend who O.D.ed there and died. But, as I tried to explain to the woman, that was 1961... not saying people don't still go crazy there and not saying there aren't drugs galore... but, come on people, Greenwich Village in the 60's? People MOVED there to do drugs. Sheesh.
Rained all day and people's moods were sour. I had fun working on the basketball scene in A... My Name is Alice. However, I especially am not too fond of working on commedia. Maybe it's Allison. I don't know. But something just ain't clickin right and it feels like I'm overexaggerating realistic characters. Some of the work she did today on Lauren and Elizabeth and Sheila was fascinating, though. Maybe it's just cause I went first. Iunno. Someone's gotta make the first sacrifice- unfortunately I jumped before the net had been put in place.
All I want to do is sleep nowadays, but all I never get to do is sleep nowadays. I miss Richie, even though he totally was found asleep in my bed (having been there an hour without me knowing) on Tuesday afternoon, our 5 month. 5 months... that went by fast. Anyway, I really wanted Crab Ragoons, so we went and ate some crab ragoons. $20 worth of chinese I haven't touched since then- ouch. And he's going to NYC this weekend, so that's the first weekend we haven't spent together- at least a few hours- in months. I'm used to him popping up around Friday or Saturday night. I thought about how I need to clean my room this weekend, then I thought, what's the point? Richie won't be coming to mess it up. He definately is a slob when he drops his bags and stuff all over my floor. There's Richie stuff everywhere... whew.
I smell like Pizzaria. I'm gonna go fix that now. Ciao!
