What's Okay To Mention Around Him/Her: You can mention whatever you like! It doesn't really matter for now if you tell her Trinity spoilers, because she won't believe you.
Abilities: Nena is mostly a normal teenage girl--somewhat healthier and more physically adept than average, on account of being raised to be a Gundam pilot and all that, but nothing superhuman. She does have enough Innovator DNA that she can link with Veda back in her world, but that's not likely to do her any good here.
Notes for the Psychics: See above; a skilled psychic should be able to tell that Nena's mind has the neurological equivalent of a USB jack in it. Other than that, nothing in particular except that she's probably fondly thinking of violence all the time.
Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: Sure, just let me know first if you plan to do anything big.
Hugging/Kissing/Embarrassing Stuff: She's likely to inflict it on you if she thinks you're cute. Otherwise, feel free, but be warned that she may react with violence.
Maim/Murder/Death: I fully expect Nena to get herself killed by pissing off the wrong person here at some point, and without her brothers here, there's not likely to be much in the way of reprisal. So I'm okay with it. She deserves it anyway.
