So it has been about three months since I've been at Osan AB. What have this experience taught me so far?

How to lose weight.

Yes, I had my Physical Fitness test on Monday. I had a personal best running time of 11:53 for 1.5 miles, and I've slimmed back down to a 34 inch waist. But the most surprising is thing is that I'm now at a slimmer 175 pounds. I've officially lost 20 pounds since being at Osan. What has caused this sudden weight decline? None other than biking and walking. Since I don't have a car here I've taken up biking as means of getting around. And since this area has lots of hills, that means the work is much harder. Not that I mind. It's helped shed the pounds and improved my run. Now I can run 3+ miles pretty easily now.

That's the key to weight lost folks. Exercise, exercise, exercise. ;)
