Last night my heart hurt more than it ever has before. I felt like i was having a heart attack for like 5 minutes straight. Usually these only last for a few seconds. I don't know what to do. My parents aren't going to care about it and going to the doctors could lead to other things so I'm scared. I think I really fucked up something in my body.
