Stupid, tired, HELLSING HELLSING HELLSING, icons, bed.

Yeah. Who's stupid? I'M STUPID! Who's awake at almost 5:00 in the morning? I AM! Reiterating: WHO'S STUPID?

...'Kay, I'll stop shouting now. XD Just a few things to say here, really.

One, I have a MySpace account. It's Bird of Hermes, in case you're interested. It's stupid and has nothing up at the moment, but that's okay. Maybe everyone will SHUT UP ABOUT ME GETTING A MYSPACE ACCOUNT NOW. :D *stops shouting, again, because it's a bad nethabit to get into!*

Two, I rejoice, because the new Hellsing OVA is coming out in Japan next month, on February 10th! Yes, that's right! It's not a second season, continuing on from the show, either. It's based entirely off the manga. Which means... yes. Millenium's getting animated. It seems, from the preview, that young, 1944, WWII-era Walter is, too (which means, hopefully, Girlycard in all his glory XD); we can only hope.

Remember. February 10, 2006. The first Hellsing OVA release. Each episode will be 50 minutes; there will be 20 episodes. It will take 3 years. Have fun.

*totally does the Rejoicing Happy Dance*

Three, I found scanslations of Hellsing: The Dawn. Therefore, I now have Chapters 1-4, translated, on my computer. (And for the record, yes, Alucard looks like a girl, and Walter is a smarmy little bastard what the heck.) I also have Chapter 5 untranslated, just the scans... which I admit is pretty useless but I get to look at the beautiful artwork. Which includes the Captain revealing himself as a werewolf and actually shapechanging. So that's okay.

...

*calm, sudden silence*

.....

SQUEEEEEE OVA COMING OUT AND I HAVE THE DAAAAAAAAWN~~~~~

*ahem* Sorry, even I have to totally all-out fangirl-spazz occasionally. And this, this is is spazz-worthy indeed. ^_____^

Four, and finally, and most important... in celebration of my H:tD scans... I have icons.

Yes, there're fifteen... seven of Girlycard Alucard and eight of Walter. But they're all from the same base, just with different text. And two of the Walter ones are pretty much the same text, too, just one has a slightly disturbingly-placed smiley face. XD; So it's not so bad as all that.

First up... the "Stand-Alone" Walter ones.

(Yes, I know. The dental floss jokes are required, though. Hush.)

Next up, some "Stand-Alone" Alucard pictures. (In case you're wondering why I'm calling him Girlycard... wonder no longer. You can call him that too, if you want... just not in his earshot.)

(Yes. That last one does, in fact, call him Girlycard. As his name. I obviously couldn't resist forever!)

Aaaand, now. My "Pair" pictures. Matching icons. First up, of course, is the "God save the Queen" version, which is pretty self-explanatory, I'm sure.

Next, we have "Tod zu den Nazis!" Which, translated, means "Death to the Nazis!" (I looked it up.) Since they're in Germany and it's 1944, and they're there to blast the holy bejeezus out of Herr Major and his crew for the War, it's appropriate enough.

And finally... 1944. Ah, yes, 1944 was a great year, a great year indeed.

That's it. I do need to say, however, that the style of icon--text above and below the image, normally with their names above and something cool, catchy, or funny below--is swiped from the ingenius GreatestJournal site Hellsingpuffs! Go and be amazed at, most recently, Alexander (does for pie servers what Walter did for floss) (see? TOLD YOU THE FLOSS JOKES WERE NECESSARY) and Enrico (poster boy for crazy Catholicism), among others. FEAR IT. LOVE IT.

Okay. I'm totally done now. And I'm a-goin' back to bed. Will cross-post this to my MySpace thinger tomorrow, somehow. G'night. ♥
