Got tired of weightlifting so I've switched over to more calisthenics. I still do (the) two compound exercises: squats and deadlifts, but only with 100kgs, and try to see how many reps I can do in one go. So far I can do 100kg x 44 reps deadlifts in just under two and a half minutes, and 100kg x 24 reps squats. It is horrible. My goal is 100kg x 100 reps deadlifts in one set, not sure I will make it.
Muscleups are pretty easy but I have nowhere to do them at my gym so I have to do them on the way home on a kid's jungle gym.
I've been doing the flag for a couple of years now, but I recently started adding a 10kg weight tied to a belt around my waist to make them harder. I can still hold it for 4-5 seconds with the weight, but any additional weight is so far proving to be too unstable.
grandiose schemes,
