Fresherising
Okay, I walk past the Union 3 times. This is how much random crap I get.
There's cool stuff (the pen) and theres just flyers that noone wants. It's not funny.
Anyway, I'm back, survived the first few days of Freshers. Met loads of randoms as well, which is always nice. Thought it was going to be horrific after one lonely drink in the bar by moiself on the first night, but ran into the most unlikely of people, Chris Gray, and some girl called Laura, which meant buddies. Michelle (+1) was on hand from the second night as well, meaning more buddies. Also saw this guy called Kieran (you don't know him, he was in my computing class, mushroom haircut) today, takes a similar subject.
Ok, so first night was the kick off, lots of randoms met, can only remember the names of 5 though, hence them being randoms. Yesterday was an alright sunday lunch, giving a tour of Newcastle (well, Chris giving a tour of Newcastle) to two not so randoms(one mentioned earlier), and a pathetic hypnotist, made more funny by the fact that the people doing it were pretty funny - this one guy giving a lap dance to one of the huge security guys! Today was enrolment, and after 3 hours searching for my A-level sheet, they didn't ask for it (just as well, I still hadn't found it). The rest was okay, except for the aforementioned random crap.
Got a choice tonight, either Michelles birthday, or the Union again, for bands and stuff. Or both, as I will probably end up doing. I also really wanted to go to John Hawksworths new group when everyone else did, so that I wouldn't be the last one, but thats not really an option, I've got to get as much out of Freshers as I can, and that will be on all the time.
