I am sitting here thinking where did all the time go. Seems to me like it was just July! I can't believe that Thanksgiving is just around the corner and a neighbor at the lake already has Christmas decorations out in the yard!!
We had a great Halloween! Everyone got in the spirit! We always had fun Halloween's growing up. I have some great memories. So hopefully my kids will too. We had a little get together at Mary's house. I love that! I can't do costumes, food and decorate a house. She is the Queen of Decorating, so we just show up there. We had a lot of good treats. The kids didn't eat too much, I think the excitement was overwhelming. After Sam and Tom got home and dressed, we headed out. Mom and Dad took Baylor and went home so we just had two! It was so EASY! Bybo drove us around on a hayride. Sam and Tom walked with the kids when they were not riding so Mary and I just stayed on the trailer. Sam, Bybo and Tom were all character in Napoleon Dynamite. They were a hit. Sam looked a little too much like Napoleon to suit me. We laughed our heads off. The kids got a TON of candy. The weather was nice, not too cold and we had no meltdowns!
