Salvation Army Chronicals Ch. 1
i was at the salvation army corrections and this guy was there saying he got a paraphanelia charge because he got pulled over for speeding and the drug dogs were going crazy at his dashboard (dunno why they had to dogs out, but anyways). They called the narcotics team and they tore up the dashboard and found a pipe rusted to the floor of his car... and they charged him with paraphenelia. hahahaha. they had to pull it off the floor because it was so rusty.
the same guy said he got a class2 felony for throwing rocks at a railroad track
because the cop said he and his friend were throwing dealy missiles.
and then the guy next to him was like "oh, i got a 1st degree felony because i threw an icecream cone out of my car and it hit a cop car and they tried to charge me with throwing a deadly missile at a police officer"
