(no subject)
Yeah, I haven't updated in a while. I'm not going over everything that's happened in the past three weeks either. It would bore me, so I'll just hit the high spots.
Tiffany came home for her birthday. She's 22 now. It was fun. She came to a few ball games with us, although I couldn't cheer. I pulled a muscle in my back again and I wasn't "allowed to do anything". It was boring.
Then, the week after that Angie and I made cookies in home ec. which was the highlight of my week. They were horrible! Instead of spreading out like normal cookies do, they melted and started dripping off the side of the pan. We made cookie soup. I swear I almost peed on myself from laughing so hard. It wasn't our fault they were bad though so we get to do them over, no bad grades! The rest of the week at school was dumb.
Last Friday my Daddy had back surgery. We all got up at the crack of dawn on Friday and went to Bristol. I didn't have to go to school though so at least one good thing came out of spending the entire weekend out there. Kendra and I stayed at Tiffany's house with her and Mom stayed at the hospital the entire time. We sisters had a good time, considering the circumstances. It seems like we never get to spend time together anymore. And Daddy is doing pretty good now. He got to come home on Monday, which was a day after his expected release, but he is still making good progress. He has to walk with a walker for a while but he is getting around okay. Today he went outside, although he isn't supposed to, so he must be feeling pretty well.
Tiffany is for sure going back to school....but who knows where. She isn't going back to King though, she graduates from there in the spring. She will be moving a lot closer to home though YAY! I have missed her. Hopefully she will be around here a lot more often. She says that she will be.
I wish I could just graduate from high school now!
Yesterday was the best Valentine's Day I have ever had! I figured I would be depressed since Eric is so far away, but it ended up being my favorite thus far. Eric's Mom, sister, and nephew brought me the roses (they're beautiful!) that Eric was going to send to school for me, which was extremely sweet. I woke up yesterday morning at 9 because I was so excited! They got here around noon and we had such a good time. Jayden made me a Valentine and it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen! I love it, I hung it up on the mirror in my room so I can look at it all the time. I hadn't seen any of them since Eric went back to North Dakota. It was really good to see them, we had a nice visit. But I think Jayden was a little dissappointed because Eric wasn't here also haha.
Eric also got me a Vermont Teddy Bear for Valentine's Day. I love it! I named him Eric Eric, because if Eric was a bear, this would be him.
Today school was school. I am still so tired of going every single day of my life. I can't even imagine my life without school. I barely even have a life outside school. Oh well, hopefully it will be over soon haha.
We have cheer practice tonight. It feels like I haven't cheered in forever since we had to miss the game Friday night.
I also feel like I haven't worked in forever. I really haven't in like a month because of cheerleading. That will change soon though since basketball is almost over. Once again I will slave away my weekends at Black Diamond Dining.
I have the hiccups.
I really want some brown stilleto boots....
I have myspace, since it's now the cool thing to do, and because Eric forbids me to delete it. I still have a lot of work to do on it, but eventually I will get it finished, maybe. www.myspace.com/lovekrista_
