I've read about "Miracle Fruit" before but completely forgot about them until I stumbled across this on ThinkGeek today. It temporarily converts your bitter and sour taste receptors to sweet, so you get the best taste out of anything. You can drink vinegar straight without making a face.

I'm intrigued by the reviews I've read. I want to do like a 'taste party' or something, get a bunch of random fruits or drinks and chow down with everything tasting deliciously sweet. Tabasco sauce tastes like donut glaze.

Even beer is supposed to taste like candy, I suppose it'll do wonders on taking shots too, why waste cola with your liquor : )
