One from this set you should already know (if you follow my FB); none are particularly spoiler-y, then again, you never know.
Fink, Q and A - second, more reflective theme I picked for Henri; he might not be much book-smart and an awful douche bag at times, but he's at his happiest just lying about, chatting off with friends, admiring the vista and generally chilling. He also doesn't talk about his private life unasked; not that it's a touchy subject, he just divides his "general living" into "personal" and "official", since it's healthier... And less painful, as he found out after breaking up with his girlfriend and coworker (and by painful I don't mean the emotional aspect of a break-up).
Baccano! OST, Yurumikitta Kannou no Dance - it is no longer a spoiler that in chapter 3 Henri and Anthony are finally going to meet (was it ever?); anyway, were this story to be remade into a movie/anime/whatever, THIS would be the main theme of their initial interactions - and I am fully aware it uses musical sample from Carmen (more aware than you think... *cough*AnthonycrossdressingasCarmen*COUGH*). Basically, Henri insistently adds an element of flirting to their conversations, Anthony gives him a cold shoulder plus the look burning with Wrath-Of-God, all neatly packed into a very stiff-upper-lip box. I can't wait to write it, can you tell~? <3
Scissor Sisters, I Can't Decide - so, last night I had trouble sleeping for no reason at all and ended up writing the bit about Henri and Chakori (the girlfriend) having an... Argument, to put it mildly; out of all the songs I had on my playlist while writing, this one fits the story best - you'll see for yourself soon enough (alternatively, their "Tough Love" theme would be
Florence + The Machine, Kiss With A Fist)
Lion King OST, I Just Can't Wait To Be King - this is a purely cracky pick for... Yup, for Ariel/Innocente; I can very well imagine him hopping down the corridors and merrily humming that he "just can't wait to be king"... And his Foreign Affairs Minister looking all "what the eff, Your soon-to-be-Highness?!"... I seriously pity that guy, even though he doesn't even have a design yet.
... And for something slashier, well... If you're unsure whether Ant and Henri will ever get it on (as I sometimes am, to be honest), just imagine them passionately making out for the first time to
this tune - and you shall doubt no more.
