So I was listening to 89x in the morning the other day on my way to school..... and they got to the X files, and this story came up.......
This guy in Florida had been pulled over for DUI 11 times, and he got his license pulled. He got pulled over for his 12th last week. He was driving fine, but the clue that tipped the cops off was his HAND DRAWN LICENSE PLATE.
