It occupies the same territory as Bjork's pieces for Dancer in the Dark and David Byrne's score for Twyla Tharp's Catherine Wheel. That is: some off kilter pop elements, atmospherics, a bit of concrete music. Some of the musical motifs have been modeled after birdsong, which gives it a kind of 70s minimalist feeling.
