Synopsis:
The Mizuki Diving Club (MDC) has suffered a continuous loss in sales and is on the verge of bankruptcy. To convince its parent company not to shut down the club, Kayoko, a newly appointed coach, pledges that a diver from MDC will make the Japanese team for the Olympics, to be held the following year. The movie focuses on the days leading up to the final try-outs, and chronicles the boys’ everyday lives and the pressures they face as aspiring athletes.

More Junpei, yes! This is one of his earlier films after he won the Junon Boy award.
