RIP Creative Zen Micro (2005-2006)
Welp, my mp3 player is officially fried. Within a month or so, it had a headphone jack problem. I read reviews that it was a common problem, but it was only in one of many sites I researched, so I thought it might just be a bunch of iPod fanboys trying to steer people away. Oh should have I listened. So I had to lean the headphone plug a certain way for it to play the audio properly. That wasn't a big deal though. I rubbed band around the headphone plug and around the mp3 player and that was fixed.
But then came a much bigger problem. The player randomly froze upon startup and in the middle of songs, and even more so in between songs. It would make a clicking sound and a high-pitched buzzing sound if I listened closely. Not good.
I told the problem to my coworker today, and he suggested I defrag the software or something. So I found the menu to do that and I did it.
*drum roll*
Now the player won't even start. Oh boy.
So with all this said, I come to my concluding statement..........anyone selling an mp3 player?
