I know this is extremely old but in the case that you manage to check out these comments again, you could have some wrote a way for the defense and prosecution to prove that that Dahlia is a lying murdering bitch. With the rules of Bleach canon at work, Dahlia would have gone to hell after she was executed, not Soul Society. The Soul Reapers would know this and that would prove that she was a plant, discrediting her testimony.
