The Verdict...
Well I just got back from court. I got 2 month license suspension and 6 months of probation with drug counseling and testing. I guess I am lucky, but I am still sort of pissed because the cop told me he was writing it up as an infraction and I would just pay a fine or something.. the drug counseling/testing is so fucking annoying, first of all, I am not a fucking drug addict I just smoke weed sometimes like millions of other americans, second, those drug counseling programs dont help anyone, if anything they make it worse for people with real drug problems because they just surround themeselves with other drug users. Not to mention Marijuana should be legalized, Alcohol is much worse yet it is legal. Marijuana is illegal because the government needs a scapegoat and wants to pretend to the public that they are tough on "druggies" and criminals.
