The following terms and conditions may be subject to change without prior notice to you. In submitting an order by leaving a comment or by sending an email, you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

- Please allow 2 to 3 working days to process your order / equiry.
- All prices of items listed are in Singapore dollars and exclude shipping fees.
- An order is confirmed only upon full payment of the cost of the item(s) ordered and shipping fees.
- An order will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days of receiving full payment of the cost of the item(s) ordered and shipping fees.
- Any payment made must be in Singapore dollars only.
- Any payment made must be accompanied by the relevant proof of such payment (e.g. a copy of the receipt of transfer, the transaction reference number, etc.).
- You are strongly encouraged to opt for registered mail, as we will not be responsible for any lost mail.
- We will also not be responsible for any damage to the item(s) ordered which are caused by the postal services or which are out of our control.
