Axel was out to catch a thief.
The Nobody didn't have much in the way of actual possessions, of course. They weren't really necessary. It wasn't a trinket he was after, or munny, or even his treasured weapons- this was more personal. Marluxia had stolen his girl.
The fact that Larxene had actually known Marluxia first, and that they may or may not have already had something going on before, meant nothing to Axel. In his world, Larxene was his lovely and no one else's, and he wasn't letting a low-ranked, pink-scythe-wielding, girly-man into his territory. It was only right for him to dispense justice after he caught them together (on the piano, rather preoccupied with each other. Come to think, when had the piano gotten there?)
Marluxia seemed amused when Axel caught up with him.
"Possessive, aren't you?" he asked coolly, immediately catching on to the redhead's intent.
"Of course," Axel snarled. "What makes you think you can make a move on her?"
"What makes you think you can?" Marluxia purred. "I believe she was mine first."
"Hey, what's going on?" Larxene herself teleported into the room.
"Just the person I wanted to see." Axel went over and pulled her into a deep kiss.
"Get your filthy hands off her!" Marluxia snapped.
"Shut up," Larxene said, her voice muffled as she was still making out with Axel.
"Told you she's mine," Axel said smugly when they were (finally) done.
Marluxia was quietly furious. "You took her from me!"
"Um, no. You~ tried to steal my~ lovely."
"Hey, don't fight over me," Larxene said sweetly. "Can't you share?"
Axel and Marluxia gave each other a Look.
Larxene winked suggestively. "It wouldn't bother me any."
