[Admin] Official Twitter, Purging of the Claims List, and more!
30kisses is now on Twitter! Follow us at 30kisses_mod! We'll post updates to the community there regarding finished or dropped claims, news, and other pertinent announcements. Feel free to retweet great fics or other fanwork-related sites, articles, or Twitter accounts, or even "30kisses lists" in 140 characters or less! Want to try your hand at Twitfic? It's been a claim-filled, fandom-tastic year, and 30kissses is still going strong. We haven't done a purge lately, where we clean the Claims List of finished, dropped, or otherwise neglected claims, so we will be doing that before the big holiday season rolls around and in time for the new year!
Please be sure to post at least one work for your claim before December 1, 2011 if you intend to keep your claim.
This applies to currently active claims or claims that haven't been updated in a while. Either way, if you post AFTER today and before December 1, your claim will be maintained. Claims that have outstanding posts due will be indicated as such, and you'll have until December 31, 2011 to make up any outstanding entries.
If you're currently caught up or you catch up by the above dates, your claim will still stand after the New Year; all other claims will be dropped from the Claims List and left open for others to grab.
If you have lost your mojo, finished your claim and forgot to let us know, or have a feeling you won't otherwise be able to catch up, let us know, and we'll remove your claim before the purge.

Finally, we're hoping to move to other services in 2012! Initially, we were hoping to avoid needing extra accounts if we joined the amazing blogging platform at Dreamwidth, but special moderator-access account have yet to go live there, though they may happen sometime in the future. If they don't roll out before 2012, you'll probably see an account setup very similar to what you see here on LiveJournal: a 30kisses_mod account accessible by people with existing DW accounts, and a 30kisses community that members can post to, join, or just read awesome entries from. Stay tuned for more on that as we get closer to the end of the year, but feel free to comment if you're interested in modding here or there, or if you have any suggestions!
