[Admin] Claims List Purging, Phase Three
Phase Three of the Claims List Purging is complete. As before, please click here to see the claims that have been purged thus far, and what claims will be purged in Phases Four and Five.
Phase Four will be for claims O-S, and finally
Phase Five will incorporate claims T-Z.

rilita - Your Jiraiya x Orochimaru claim has not been updated recently, but you had enough entries to cover the "at least one post per month" rule. We would need to see an update from you in order for you to keep this submission. However, first, we'd like you to comment to this entry to let us know you still want the entry; otherwise, it'll be dropped if we don't hear from you first.
clckwrk_strlght - Your Hyuuga Hinata x Uchiha Sasuke claim has not been updated recently, but you've been really good about making up for it. You also requested a hiatus that lasted until 8/1/07, which excuses the late July 2007 entry, but not the entry we expected for December 2007. If you'd like to keep this claim, please comment here and your claim will continue as usual; otherwise, we'll drop it, and in order to reclaim it, you'll need to comment on the Claims List and get a new date.
icequeenanna - You updated your Uchiha Sasuke x Haruno Sakura entry recently, but considering you requested the claim 8 months ago and only have half the expected number of entries, you'll need to make up for your submissions (and still post at least one entry per month) in order to retain your claim. You must comment to this post if you plan to do this, otherwise this claim will be given to the person on the waiting list, kikoruchan.
lirpa_chan, your claim has been dropped due to inactivity, but do you have another journal called shafted_artist that you posted your claim with? If not, and shafted_artist comes forward, could you explain why you posted for a claim you didn't request?

* Phases Four and Five of the Claims List Purging. Following that, we will ensure that all dropped entries are in the Memories before removing inactive claim tags from the Tagging System.
--> NOTE: The Memories use the given names of the two characters involved, regardless of the order of names used on the Claims List or Tags. For example, a claim might be Tsukino Usagi x Chiba Mamoru, but the Memories would say: Sailor Moon: Usagi/Mamoru, not Sailor Moon: Tsukino/Chiba. This is to avoid confusion where characters might share the same family (last) name/surname. However, it should always be listed using the given names, never the family name/surname (unless, obviously, a character doesn't have a given name).
* Update of Lists Theta and Zeta to the new system. Please let us know if you see any theme name tags that apply to the other lists (30kisses, Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma, Kappa, Iota, Eta, Epsilon) on any entries. Also, please let us know if any tags are misspelled or in the wrong order (e.g. different from how they appear on the Claims List). This entry will be updated if this process is completed on 1/5/08, otherwise you will see a note on the next Claims List Purging entry.
* Simplification & clarification of all 30kisses_mod posts, such as the Claims List, Rules, Waiting List, etc. Some rules might be changing slightly, but they will only affect claims from that point forward, not older claims/posts.
Hopefully after this process, cleaning up of the community will be a lot easier, and I hope we can do it every few months or so. While we do purging, claims may be dropped, but no new claims can be requested. This holds true even now; until the Claims List Purging is complete, we won't be adding any new claims. Anyone waiting for approval for new claims, please be patient! :)
