when people give the industry a bad name
the only thing i'm not sure of is whether in NH it's illegal to tattoo anyone under the age of 18 NO MATTER WHAT, or if it's just illegal without parental consent. i'm 90% sure it's the latter; if i'm right, then the article is misleading.
**edit: the always informative rana__x [ ;) ] has informed me that tattooing of minors in NH is illegal, parental consent or not.
