Machi heard of being green with envy before but what color would be red? Embarrassment? Anger? There were so many emotions one could choose from. What prompted this young lady to think of such thoughts? It could possibly from what was lying in the gift box on her bed.
The girl awoke to a knock on her door. Navigating through her eternal mess that was known as her living room, Machi opened the door to see someone had left a gift on her front doorsteps. She didn’t know of anyone who would do such a thing so she picked up the package and took it inside.
The brunette opened the gift in her room and gasped in surprise. Inside the package was several article of red clothing. An entire red outfit if someone was to look at all the pieces together. The immediate thought which entered the girl’s head was Yuki and his preference for red.
Thinking that this must be Yuki’s doing, Machi dressed in this gift and went to see the silver haired boy. Knocking on his door, the girl stood around thinking of what emotions red stood for. Yuki answered the door and immediately said, “That is a cute red outfit. When did you get it?”
Several seconds passed before Machi dropped to her knees. She was wrong about where the outfit came from. Yuki, picking her up, kissed her on the cheek. “I don’t know what is cuter: the red outfit or the red blush on your face.”
Shigure smirked from his room. He congratulated himself for thinking of dropping off that gift before Yuki noticed he was gone.
