Great work as usual characters are all in check and i just love how real you made Unohana. Byakuya's being all solitary 'dont interrupt my beautiful silence' kinda thing but her response to it is so real. Anyone would get put off when they're speaking to someone and they dont respond her sighing proved that. Yet she persists by making a joke at his expense *_* loved it. Then the end is tied off with the sweet apology good job hehehe cant wait to read more.
