December Wrap-Up!
Hello, everyone!
Yes, it's that time again. As it's the first of the month, I'm here to give a wrap-up report.
First up! Obviously the December Challenges are now open, so I encourage everyone to start posting and reviewing! You guys were so fantabulous at the beginning of November, but things have sort of dropped off lately, so you should all consider this a big *poke!* to get going again!
Secondly! The House Cup goes to... Slytherin! With 31 entries. Ravenclaw just barely trailed with 28, Hufflepuff had 6, and Gryffindor managed a rather pathetic 3. I hope this will inspire everyone to try and do right by their Houses. ;)
Thirdly, I am once again awarding shiny graphics to our most frequent writer and reviewer.
Writer's Award goes to: bronze_ribbons
I really want to give special thanks to bronze_ribbons, who won first place with 23 entries, and who has posted loyally and wonderfully when almost no one else was sometimes. It made me feel warm and fuzzy inside. ;) Not that I don't love every single person who posts, but this writer has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us. golden_quill37 comes in second with 13 entries, and jdezredel and myself tie for third with 7 each.

golden_quill37 takes first with 34 reviews, and I want to give special thanks here as well, for the devotion showed. All writers love reviews, and it's encouraging to have someone who gives so much feedback. I came in second with 24, and hazy_reflection and guttersnipe_ tied for third with 17 each.
Fourthly, I hope everyone will keep an eye out, because I'll be announcing the theme and rules for our December contest on the 10th.
Fifthly and finally, I thought to dazzle you all with some statistics.
-At this moment in time, we have 93 members, which makes me very, very happy. Once we break 100, I will be positively gleeful. So pimp us out to your friends!
-We have 205 entries posted. Considering that this comm has only been up for three months, I consider that pretty damn cool.
-Severus Snape is far and away our most popular character, appearing in 49 entries, due in no small part to the devotion he recieves from jdezredel and bronze_ribbons. Remus Lupin comes in second, with 42 entries, and Bellatrix Black-Lestrange takes third with 28, for which I claim no small amount of credit. The star of the show, Harry Potter himself, has 24. Don't believe me? Check for yourself: all entrie are saved and organised by character appearances in the Memories section.
