As the Headmaster, Albus pratically lived in his office, at Hogwarts.
He wrote his notes, and thought about difficult problems, and lived a life of quiet virtue.
Or so one would think. The ageless Albus had many a dark secrets. Few knew him, and only one did he love, however wrong or right it was.
He watched the fire, felt the burn, the long-lived phoenix going up in flames.
Phoenixes die faster during sex. The oragasm shatters the hold they have on life, releasing them into the fire of rebirth.
And no one ever saw the burns.
