Distinction
Risa believed that anyone who voted for Satoshi to play as Dark in the play was an absolute fool.
Her Dark and Satoshi, they were different, Risa knew.
Her Dark had determined and loving eyes that could melt her heart in less than a second, while Satoshi's eyes were cold and distant and never wanted to see anyone or anything.
Her Dark was much, much taller, which made her feel protected and safe in his arms, while she was convinced that Satoshi was simply like other boys: weak and ordinary, never causing her heart to jump, not even a little bit.
Her Dark was adventurous and always made her wonder what would happen next, while Satoshi was content sitting there, reading, disregarding all that was surrounding him.
And so, no matter how much he looked like her phantom thief when in costume, Satoshi was not Dark. Satoshi could never be Dark, even if he wanted to, Risa thought.
And nothing could change her mind.
