Hi all! I am not new here, I was an active member of this community a few years ago, but when I stopped losing weight so easily I gave up...on everything. I thought I would re-introduce myself here.
I made it up to 417.8lbs as of last September.
10 quick questions:

1. What is your current weight? 319.8
2. How much are you wanting to lose and by when? I want to weigh 165 lbs.
3. How long have you been overweight? All of my life, quite literally.
4. What kind of methods of weight loss have you tried? You name it, I've done it.
5. What has worked as far as diets for you? Low carb, but Weight Watchers is a better fit for me.
6. How old are you? 27
7. Have any good recipes? Tons! One of the most recent:
Crock Pot Creamy Ranch Chicken and Potatoes
Ingredients:
20 ounces potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 package (1 oz. size) dry Ranch salad dressing mix
1 pound boneless/skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 can (10 oz. size) 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients together and place into crockpot.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.
Per Serving: 242 Calories; 3g Fat (12.9% calories from fat); 24g Protein; 28g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber;
Just a note, for a little kick here you can add some hot sauce or ground red pepper. I add a little sriracha!
8. What are you hoping to get out of this community? Another anchor to my goal, and I really want people to see it can totally be done, and that everyone screws up, but as long as you keep at it and never give up you will make it.
